Breast Augmentation

Transformation. Femininity. Unshakable Confidence.
Some women are naturally blessed with beautiful, lush breasts. A high, well-rounded chest has always been a timeless symbol of femininity, beauty, and the fragrant vitality of youth.
It’s believed that these women are especially lucky to have received such a generous gift from genetics. Regardless of age, this figure always captures the attention of a loved one, offering the freedom to wear anything at home, to be bold and uninhibited, and to feel the full confidence of one’s own beauty in moments when it’s allowed.
All women are beautiful! However, unfortunately, women with body structures that feature underdeveloped breasts often feel dissatisfied with their appearance. Some settle for wearing foam push-up bras, while others desire to look flawless, regardless of clothing or other accessories. For these women, those striving for the perfection of their image, modern aesthetic medicine offers the opportunity to undergo breast lift surgery — mammoplasty.
Service Description
Why do we emphasize "modern medicine"? After all, the technique of breast lift with implants was invented quite a long time ago, back in the 1960s. However, today’s technology is worlds apart from what was available back then — the only thing they share is, perhaps, the name.
Progressive methods are much safer, the recovery period is significantly shortened, and the results of the procedure are predictable, leaving you delighted with their natural look.
Breast reshaping involves the insertion of silicone implants into the breast tissue, increasing the size of the breasts to the patient’s desired proportions, while achieving perfect symmetry, fullness, and firmness.
Indications for Breast Augmentation
Aesthetic indications:
- A desire to increase breast size;
- Asymmetry;
- The need for breast position correction after pregnancy or significant weight loss (in this case an additional lift may be required).
Medical indications:
- Reconstruction after mastectomy or trauma.
Types of Implants
Силиконовые имплантаты
The most popular option nowadays, with no drawbacks.
- Durability
- Biocompatibility and therefore safety
- Natural result
- Elasticity. Implants perfectly hold the shape and the proper position in any movement
- Longevity
Saline implants
Used less and less often and are considered out of date
- Filled with a saline solution that is fully compatible with the human body. If a rupture occurs, there will be no negative impact on the body
- Lower cost than silicone implants
- Relatively strong shell
- Quite heavy weight, which can lead to sagging tissues
- Can make sounds due to water overflow during active movements
Forms of Implants
Our specialists offer a selection of anatomical (teardrop-shaped) and round implants.
Teardrop-shaped implants are perfect for women seeking a natural, harmonious result from their breast tightening. A solution for those who prefer subtlety over excess.
Round implants indeed deliver a stunning "wow" effect. They provide fullness and volume throughout the entire breast, resulting in a shape that is lush and full, even in the upper part — a characteristic that's quite rare in nature.
Implant Placement Techniques
Under the Pectoral Muscle (Submuscular Placement)
Advantages:
- A natural result, particularly in the upper part of the breast
- Implants are less palpable to the touch
- Does not interfere with mammography screenings
Disadvantages:
- A longer surgical procedure
- Extended recovery period
- May shift slightly during intense physical activities, but this will not be noticeable to the naked eye
Above the Pectoral Muscle (Subglandular Placement)
Advantages:
- Quick recovery time
- A simple and fast procedure
- Allows for the placement of implants of any size, allowing you to enlarge your breasts by several sizes at once.
Disadvantages:
- Difficulties with mammography and X-rays of the chest area
- Can result in an unnatural appearance, with fullness in the upper part and visible edges of the implant under the skin
- The risk of tissue sagging, as the muscle won't provide support to the implant
Under the Fascia of the Muscle (Subfascial Placement)
Advantages:
- Lower risk of capsular contracture
- Soft, natural contours of the breast
- Retains nipple sensitivity
Disadvantages:
- Probability of displacement
- Longer duration of both surgery and recovery
- Potential for asymmetry
Feeling confused? Don’t worry — it’s almost impossible to make a decision about the implant placement technique on your own! During your first consultation, the doctor will guide you through each option and explain clearly which one will work best for your unique needs and desired results. Your individual clinical picture and aesthetic goals will be the determining factors in making the right choice.
Types of Incisions for Implant Insertion
Under the breast (sub-mammary incision):
- Unnoticeable incision line
- Minimal risk of complications
- The implant can be placed either submuscularly or subglandularly
- The scar is not very pronounced and can be easily hidden behind the underwear
Around the areola (periareolar incision):
- The least traumatic method
- Fast healing due to the characteristics of the areola tissues
- Postoperative scars completely invisible
- At the same time it will be impossible to install large implants in case of small areola diameter.
In the armpit (transaxillary incision):
- Full control of the operation with the help of endoscopic equipment
- Quick recovery period
- No risk of losing the lactation ability
- Impossible to insert a large-volume implant
Preparing for Surgery
1. Consultation with your surgeon. During this meeting, you’ll discuss your goals and expectations, and you'll have the chance to try on sizers to help you visualize the size and shape of your renewed breasts.
2. Before the breast tightening, medical examinations and tests will be conducted to ensure there are no hidden contraindications and to assess your overall health. Your surgeon will also provide general pre-surgery instructions, which may include avoiding certain medications, alcohol, and smoking.
3. Proper preparation for the postoperative period is essential for a smooth recovery. Ensure you arrange for adequate rest and relaxation during your rehabilitation. We recommend postponing any strenuous tasks or household chores until you are fully recovered, allowing your body the time it needs to heal.
Postoperative Period and Recovery
In the first few days following surgery, it is completely normal to experience moderate discomfort, a feeling of fullness in the breasts, and some swelling. Hematomas in the breast area may also appear, typically lasting for two to three weeks.
For the first 1-3 days, you will stay in our comfortable hospital, where our dedicated team of doctors and nurses will closely monitor your recovery. Should you feel any pain or discomfort, rest assured that our attentive nurses will promptly administer pain relief at any time, day or night. Once you’re discharged, we will provide you with a prescription for pain medication and antibiotics to ensure your continued comfort.
Upon discharge after the allotted time, you will be given a detailed set of guidelines for your recovery. For the first one or two months, wearing compression garments will be essential, followed by soft, wire-free bras for support.
You can resume most of your usual activities after about two months, and more intense physical activities can typically be resumed after 4-6 months.
And of course, we’ll be by your side throughout your entire recovery process. We’re always happy to answer any questions and welcome your feedback!
Risks and Side Effects
Breast reshaping is one of the most sought-after plastic surgery procedures, both at our center and worldwide. While our specialists' skills are refined to perfection, it’s important to acknowledge that, like any surgical procedure, it comes with minimal risks, including:
- Infection;
- Implant rupture (in rare cases, typically caused by severe trauma);
- Capsular contracture (thickening of tissue around the implants, which may lead to deformation).
To ensure your health and safety, always trust professionals and seek treatment only at certified clinics with a flawless reputation. By following your specialist’s advice diligently, you can be confident that the outcome will only bring you joy. The chances of any complications are incredibly low.
