Our techniques

We implemented innovative clinically proven fat reduction procedures.

Hardware liposuction

ICOONE. The method is based on fractional vacuum stimulation and Roboderm ICOONE technology of mechanical stimulation. The ICOONE device is equipped with handpieces with micro-perforated rollers, creating thousands of micro-punctures in the skins, treating the tissue in three directions:

• Vertically — on deep layers and subcutaneous fat, improving blood circulation and lymph flow;

• horizontally — along the urface, enhancing elasticity and texture;

• diagonally or rotationally — softening dense fat deposits and fibrosis (for examples, in case of cellulite).

Innovative CoolSculpting technology of non-surgical fat removal

This is a method of selective removal of fat deposits using controlled cooling, based on the cryolipolysis principle. Unlike surgical liposuction, the procedure does not require incisions, anesthesia or lasting recovery. That is why it is a safe and comfortable alternative to invasive treatments.

The principle of cryolipolysis is its targeted effect of cold on adipocytes. During the session, a special handpiece of the device cools the subcutaneous fat tissue to a temperature at which fat cells crystallize, and the process of their apoptosis (natural death) is launched. At the same time, surrounding tissues, vessels and nerves remain unaffected owing to a precise temperature control system.

Being destructed, adipocytes are gradually removed from the body through the lymphatic system, which ensures a smooth and natural reduction in volume in the correction area. The first changes are noticeable right after 3-4 weeks, however the maximum result is seen within 1–3 months.

The duration of the procedure is from 35 to 60 minutes depending on the area to be treated. It may be carried out using a pinpoint technique. This allows for targeted skin and subcutaneous tissue remodeling — eliminate local fat deposits in the abdomen, sides, inner thighs, arms and chin.

Preparation
