What is facial contouring with fillers?
Facial contouring is a cosmetic procedure. It involves injecting fillers for the face under the skin to replace lost volume. The wrinkle reduction fillers help to level the skin and reshape the face, making it look more youthful.
Facial fillers are preparations in the form of a thick gel, capable of complete resorption in the body in the process of life. Their components are excreted naturally with moisture and water.
Fillers reconstruct lost facial volumes, smooth wrinkles, smooth and tighten the oval. Most often the preparations are made on the basis of hyaluronic acid of non-animal origin. Since this substance is fully biocompatible, the hyaluronic fillers do not cause allergies in the patient.

- For the arm area, as well as the neck and décolleté, which immediately give away the true age of a woman. When correcting these areas, minimally invasive fillers with a high content of hyaluronic acid are used. Types of Dermal fillers
Fillers differ in density, composition and duration of effect. Let's break down the main types.
1. Hyaluronic acid. The most commonly used type. Fully biocompatible and safe filler that does not cause allergic reactions. Such hyaluronic acid fillers are used for the correction of various areas of the face and body. Due to the increased concentration, these preparations can retain their effect for up to two years.
2. Calcium hydroxyapatite. These filters help reduce wrinkles by removing deep and fine lines or correcting cheekbones. The result lasts up to one and a half years.
3. Filler based on poly-L-lactic acids. Used in different areas for soft tissue augmentation, the effect lasts up to two years, but the procedure requires regular repetition for three months.
4. Polymethyl-methacrylate fillers. Used cosmetic injectables to correct nasolabial folds, lip shape and volume.
5. Collagen. Found their application in cosmetology one of the first and is still widely used for rejuvenation. To determine if the patient is allergic to the drug, a thorough examination is necessary.
How to prepare for the procedure?
Modern cosmetic products are safe, so no special preparation is needed before using them. It's best to plan the procedure 3-4 days before important events.
That way, the skin can fully recover if there's any swelling. If you often get haematomas because your blood vessels are close together, take 7-10 days to recover.
Before using fillers, stop any deep skin treatments for 14 days. Also, try to avoid alcohol and smoking during this time.
Downtime and recovery after the procedure
Fillers are minimally invasive, so you don't need rehabilitation or have any activity restrictions.

- Nasolabial folds: 0.5-1 ml
- Nasolacrimal furrows - usually no more than 0.5ml
- Full face: 6-7ml
Injectable dermal fillers. Stages

Consultation with a cosmetologist. We collect information about the patient's medical history. We ask about their expectations for the procedure. We also check for any reasons the procedure might not be safe. Individual selection of the drug to be injected.

Cleansing and disinfection of the facial skin. The procedure begins with a thorough cleansing of the skin around the lips to remove any oils, makeup, or impurities. This step is essential for ensuring that the skin is clean and ready for treatment. Following cleansing, an antiseptic solution is applied to the area to disinfect the skin, minimizing any risk of infection and ensuring a sterile environment for the injections.

Marking and determining the points of introduction of the drug. The specialist will then carefully examine your facial anatomy to determine the optimal points for the injection of Botox. Using a fine marker, precise injection sites are outlined on the skin. These points are strategically chosen based on the unique muscle structure around your lips and the desired treatment outcome, ensuring that the Botox will have the maximum effect on smoothing wrinkles and enhancing your smile.

Injection of fillers under anaesthesia in sensitive areas. Application of a special cream to relieve possible discomfort. Before injections, the doctor will open the original packaging and demonstrate to you the expiry date of the filler.

Observation. Re-visit the doctor after a few days to assess the patient's condition and correction treatment with fillers if necessary.
The introduction of fillers is quite fast, and there are no unpleasant sensations during the procedure. The filler inside can be felt as a fullness in the area that previously seemed hollow and thinning.
