Stages


Stage 1.

Preparation for the procedure. A few days before Ultherapy it is recommended to avoid direct exposure to sunlight and do not take drugs that increase skin sensitivity. Immediately before the procedure, the skin should be thoroughly cleaned of impurities, make-up and cosmetics. The expert will carry out a detailed analysis of the skin condition and discuss with the patient the expected results and individual characteristics.



Stage 2.

Injections (if necessary). The preparation may also include meso or collagen injections on the doctor's recommendation. This primarily depends on the quality of the skin and other parameters of the initial clinical picture. In any case, injections help to get a more pronounced and prolonged effect.


There are also a number of protocols that include injections of Radiesse for modelling the shape of the face (any protocol is always selected individually by a specialist).



Stage 3.

The process of the procedure. On average, Ultherapy takes between 30 and 90 minutes depending on the area being treated. The patient may be offered light anaesthetics to maximise comfort. During the procedure, the patient feels mild heat pulses that indicate stimulation of collagen in the skin. These sensations are normal and do not cause significant discomfort.



Stage 4.

Рost-procedure observation. Immediately after Ultherapy, the skin may be slightly red or swollen, which is a normal reaction and quickly subsides. The patient can return to their normal activities immediately after the procedure, as there is no need for prolonged recovery.



Stage 5.

Rehabilitation period and maintenance of the result. Intense physical activity and high temperatures (e.g. saunas, hot baths) should be avoided for a few days after the procedure. To maintain the results, it is recommended to use high-quality moisturising creams and products with high SPF protection. The final effect of the procedure appears within 2-3 months and may last for several years, depending on the individual characteristics of the skin and the patient's lifestyle.
