The formula for fluid intake is as follows: 25-30 ml of pure water per 1kg of body weight. That is, if your weight is 60 kg, then you need to drink 30x60 = 1800 ml or 1.8 liters per day.

2. Nutrition. Give preference to light and balanced meals. Avoid fatty and fried foods and alcoholic drinks 48 hours before the procedure.

3. Medications. Avoid aspirin, anti-inflammatory drugs, and anticoagulants 1 week before the procedure.

4. Skincare. To prevent infection or irritation, avoid deep skin care treatments for one week before your procedure.

5. Rest. It is recommended that you get a good night's sleep immediately before the procedure. This helps your body be as ready as possible to recover from the injections.
