What is included in the program?


Comprehensive weight loss at Seline Clinic includes:


  • individual nutrition program without strict restrictions;
  • personalized exercise plan;
  • innovative methods, including ICOONE hardware lymph drainage and CoolSculpting cryolipolysis Dubai;
  • medication or surgical correction (if necessary);
  • constant medical supervision;

The program is drawn up only following diagnostics. We examine your anamnesis, metabolism, lifestyle and set true targets.


Our techniques


We implemented innovative clinically proven fat reduction procedures.

Hardware liposuction

ICOONE. The method is based on fractional vacuum stimulation and Roboderm ICOONE technology of mechanical stimulation. The ICOONE device is equipped with handpieces with micro-perforated rollers, creating thousands of micro-punctures in the skins, treating the tissue in three directions:


  • Vertically — on deep layers and subcutaneous fat, improving blood circulation and lymph flow;
  • horizontally — along the urface, enhancing elasticity and texture;
  • diagonally or rotationally — softening dense fat deposits and fibrosis (for examples, in case of cellulite).

The vacuum effect enhances the lymph drainage of the whole body, improves microcirculation and breaks down fatty tissue.

We offer various programs of non-surgical liposuction treatment:


  • ICOONE Full Body Lymphatic Drainage for general lymphatic drainage;
  • ICOONE Body Shaping and Contouring for body silhouette sculpting;
  • ICOONE Full Body Focus for complex treatment of problem zones.

Non-surgical fat removal and body lymphatic drainage massage secure reduction in volumes and decrease in cellulite manifestation.

BTL Emsculpt is intended for body contouring without surgery and implements high-intensity focused electromagnetic energy (HIFEM). It stimulates muscle contractions (up to 20 000 per a session), impossible to achieve under regular training. As a result, lipolysis is triggered and muscle mass increases.

Innovative CoolSculpting technology of non-surgical fat removal

This is a method of selective removal of fat deposits using controlled cooling, based on the cryolipolysis principle. Unlike surgical liposuction, the procedure does not require incisions, anesthesia or lasting recovery. That is why it is a safe and comfortable alternative to invasive treatments.

The principle of cryolipolysis is its targeted effect of cold on adipocytes. During the session, a special handpiece of the device cools the subcutaneous fat tissue to a temperature at which fat cells crystallize, and the process of their apoptosis (natural death) is launched. At the same time, surrounding tissues, vessels and nerves remain unaffected owing to a precise temperature control system.

Being destructed, adipocytes are gradually removed from the body through the lymphatic system, which ensures a smooth and natural reduction in volume in the correction area. The first changes are noticeable right after 3-4 weeks, however the maximum result is seen within 1–3 months.

The duration of the procedure is from 35 to 60 minutes depending on the area to be treated. It may be carried out using a pinpoint technique. This allows for targeted skin and subcutaneous tissue remodeling — eliminate local fat deposits in the abdomen, sides, inner thighs, arms and chin.

CoolSculpting is FDA approved, which confirms its good safety profile. After the session, the patient can immediately return to normal life as the recovery is fast, while the compilations risk is extremely low.


Lipolytics


Another modern and safe method of body contouring without surgery is a procedure based on lipolytic preparation. These are injection compounds that gently and efficiently break down excess fatty tissue and secure body silhouette sculpting and emphasize natural body contours.


Surgical liposuction


For clients, who expect immediate and drastic results, we offer proprietary surgical liposuction techniques. Our specialists use modern minimally invasive procedures, ensuring high precision and minimal rehabilitation period.

Preparation


Preliminary preparation for the program will make the process safer, comfortable and as effective as possible. It includes following stages:

1. Initial consultation with the doctor. The specialist of Seline will conduct a detailed survey to find out:


  • what is the period and circumstances the weight gain begun;
  • are there any chronic diseases or contraindications;
  • what are your goals, whether it is weight loss, body shaping or health restoration.

The necessary measurements, photo recording and tests and hardware studies will be prescribed (for instance, Body impedance), if necessary.


2. Emotional attuning. The weight loss process deals both with the body and the mind. It is important to understand that changes require time and your active involvement. We recommend:


  • set realistic goals and terms;
  • enlist the help of the family
  • if necessary — schedule a consultation with our psychologist.

3. Preparation. Before starting the active phase of the weight loss, you might want to:


  • reduce the consumption of salt, sugar, fatty and heavy food;
  • increase the water ingestion (up to 2 l a day);
  • start light physical activity (for example, walking, stretching).

4. Preparation for hardware procedures. If the program includes such techniques as ICOONE, CoolSculpting, BTL Emsculpt or lipolytics, our specialist will inform you on restrictions beforehand.


5. Information support. You will be provided with personalized instructions for prep and the memo rules adapted to the chosen program. Our coordinators are always in touch to answer any questions.

  • scheduling consultations with a physiologist.

Hardware and injection body shaping:

  • conducting a course of procedures: lymphatic drainage, anti-cellulite massage, lipolytics, sculpting techniques;
  • activation of metabolism, removal of excess fluid, local ablation of fat tissue, strengthening and skin tightening.

Support and regular control:

  • weekly monitoring of weight and volume, program adjustment, if necessary;
  • keeping a food and physical activity diary;
  • 24/7contact with a doctor and support at all stages.

Consolidation of results and lifestyle considerations:

  • maintenance diet and activity plan;
  • prevention of weight gain;
  • recommendations on retreatment or individual lifestyle adjustments.
