Preparation

3–5 days prior the therapy:

• exclude aggressive beauty products: exfoliants, acid peels, retinoids and alcohol-containing lotions;

• do not use scrubs and acid peels which may possible injure your skin;

• avoid active tanning and solariums;

• stop taking blood thinners, subject to prior consultation with your doctor.

The day before the procedure:

• wash your face with a mild cleanser, do not apply any makeup;

• get a good sleep - skin recovery directly depends on the overall health;

• avoid alcohol and caffeine.

On the day of the procedure:

• do not use new or unfamiliar care products;

• avoid saunas and bathhouses;

• exclude rigorous exercises;

• prepare a list of medications, taken on a regular basis;

• inform a doctor on any changes in your health (ARVI, acute exacerbation of chronic diseases, rashes beyond the face, etc.).
